North Fife Cycling supports the Taycoasters social cycling group that is providing group cycle rides on both sides of the Tay.

This course is running to provide them with a few more qualified cycle ride leaders. This is to lead cycle rides for adults (18+)

If you would like to help them or are involved in another group providing cycling rides to the public then we may be able to offer you a place.

Please contact me ASAP if you are applying for a place – please give me an idea of your level of experience cycling already,

the area your future rides would be taking place in and what cycling group you are involved in.

Our priority is CRL leaders for Taycoasters – we would not expect you to be leading a ride every month but become part of their pool of ride leaders.

Also the experienced ride leaders in that group will help anyone starting up so you can begin riding with them and getting used to assisting till you are ready to lead your own groups.

The course is funded by BBR Big Bike Revival – which is aimed at helping beginners to cycling or people returning to their bike gain confidence.

You will need to contact Tony Turvey to book a place on this –
