Have you ever thought that cycling wasn’t for you? Or have you got a question about inclusivity and accessibility? Transition St Andrews is proud to announce that we will be hosting Switching Gears Festival from the 22nd - 26th March along with several other universities and colleges around Scotland.
Join us as we bring together a fascinating series of daily interactive sessions to share the joys of cycling for everyone at higher and further education. Read more here.
Switching Gears Festival is for anyone who wants to learn more about creating an inclusive cycling community at higher and further education. It is part of a wider project to increase inclusivity and accessibility in cycling through sharing knowledge, starting discussions and changing the perception of what it means to be a cyclist. Our event is open to all but we particularly encourage attendance from staff and students at higher and further education in Scotland.
Simply head to our Eventbrite page and book as many events as you would like. The event is free to attend for all. If you have any issues with booking through Eventbrite please contact the Switching Gears Team and we will be more than happy to help you out.
If you want to get even more involved, feel free to submit questions to our speakers prior to the event or even live! You can also engage in polls and other activities during the sessions.
Sessions will be held on Zoom Video Webinar. More speakers to be announced soon…
