Due to the upcoming road closure in Gowkhall from Lundin Road to Dean Ridge from 28 July until 20 August public transport will be affected.
The road will be closed each Monday - Friday with works being lifted around 5pm on each Friday and reinstated early Monday mornings.
There will be two shuttle buses in place with A1 coaches, these are free of charge.

There will be two shuttle buses in place with A1 coaches, these are free of charge. One will operate from Lundin Road East of Gowkhall to Dunfermline bus station stance 14 via Milesmark, Baldridgeburn, Mill Street (Parkneuk evenings). The other shuttle will cover from Dean Ridge, West of Gowkhall to Oakley and Blairhall for passengers to catch Service buses.
Passengers from the Milesmark, Baldridgeburn area will use the shuttle to and from Dunfermline bus station. Service 84 is unaffected.
Services 4/4A/4B/4C and 6A buses will do the diversion via the A823 Wellwood, onto the B914 then down the Oakley Road to Oakley and will meet the shuttle at John Stuart Gait, same in reverse.
The X22 will go via Golfdrum, William Street, Crossford, Cairneyhill, A985 to Kincardine then will operate the normal route. Any X22 passengers can use the shuttle from Gowkhall, Carnock, Comrie, Blairhall to Oakley to catch any other Service bus to Dunfermline.
